Hi, I’m Lynsey and I joined the POINT team in the summer of 2025.
I come from a background in education, being an SEN teaching assistant for over 8 years and later a trained Emotional Literacy support assistant (ELSA). I have supported many wonderful children and their families, and this is where my passion truly lies.
I have 2 amazing children who both have additional needs, and every day we navigate our unique challenges and successes. I know how challenging, overwhelming and sometimes lonely life as an SEN parent can be. I reached out to POINT, and the support, guidance and care I received was fantastic and had such a positive impact on myself and my family.
I feel so proud to work for such a great team and look forward to supporting and guiding families, children, and young people to achieve the best outcomes.
