Hello, my name is Michele Eaton, I am the SEND Workshops and Training Manager at POINT. I started in November 2024.
My past experiences as a Primary School Teacher, a Teacher of the Hearing Impaired as well as working with children with SEND for over 25 years, has given me an invaluable insight, thus enabling me to provide potential unique strategies that consider each child’s specific needs, and collaborating with families is a crucial part of this. This can be achieved by providing a supportive and empowering environment, thus achieving lasting, positive outcomes.
I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, supportive, and reliable.
I enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing with my five cats, reading and crafting.
I am excited for the journey to come working at POINT.
