My name is Nicola, I have been working with children for 25 years plus and have previously ran a childminding business including children with SEND. I have an early year’s level 3 SENCO qualification, CACHE childcare qualification, sign language BSL and more. I enjoy working with children and participating in the support of their development and needs.
I joined Point as it was a wonderful opportunity for me to support more children and have fun at the same time. I wish to make a difference to the children’s learning and social skills whilst also giving parents/carers short breaks.
